Living Spaces Phoenix opened a 450,000 square-foot facility April 24th, 2014 at 6600 W. Latham St., just south of Interstate 10 and 67th Ave. Designed by Irwin G. Pasternack, AIA and Associates and originally part of Estrella Vista Commerce Center under development by Pasternack Properties. It features a 150,000 square-foot showroom and features a distribution center supporting current and future retail operations in Phoenix. The store incorporates “green” features, such as LED lighting and advanced temperature-control monitors to help conserve energy.
